Reasonable Faith
Reasonable Faith is an apologetics organization started by THE William Lane Craig, who is the Research Professor of Philosophy at Biola. His academic resume alone would take me another blog to detail, and I won't begin to list all of the atheists he's made cry in various debate forums around the world. Christopher Hitchens once said he was the only Christian Apologist that put the fear of God into Atheistic scholars. This app is loaded with podcasts and articles. It's a must have for any apologist on any level.

Reformed Theological Seminary
Some of the best courses available from one of the best seminaries in the country. If I was forced to only have one app on my phone for the rest of my life, this would be it. They have free courses available on everything from Old Testament Surveys to Reformation History. You can get a world class education for free from your phone.

Ligonier Ministries
Teaching and articles from R.C. Sproul. This allows you to access radio broadcasts, daily Bible lessons and has a complete study Bible. There's a lot of app in this app.

The Village Church
Matt Chandler is one of my favorite pastors to listen to on the way to work. This app will allow you to listen to his sermons on the go and also gives you access to great blogs written by their church staff.

Faithlife Study Bible
Great study Bible for your phone. The only disappointment is that you need a wifi connection to access multiple versions and most of the resources. But even in 3G only mode you get more than most Bible apps. I'm a big fan of almost anything from Logos.
